Lindy et al, It occurred to me that although it's likely that the worst isn't over most of the bad news (save Latin America) is out. I noticed over the past few trading days that there has been a new focus on earnings and away from Asia, Japan, Clinton, etc.. I know that earnings are a function of some of these factors however the market I think will begin moving based on earnings (or lack thereof) and less on "hype" about economic turmoil in Asia or Russia. This could be good news if earnings come in... In fact these events might separate the men for the boys as it were. Comments? OG
