Jens, From speaking with Randy M. there are no near term plans to become reporting. Too many other concerns. They do intend to issue audited financials and quarterly financials (once they know where they stand) but they only have plans to take that first step. That's my understanding.

Mr. JT- I hate to say i am not holding my breath re filing.

They do not have a good record of living up to what they say they are going to do.
