I am not sure what is going on with the case against Burditt, but Saul did post on AOL that Timmons, et al., are objecting to the hearings in Nevada, saying that since they don't live in Nevada, that state has no jurisdiction over them.

Saul's point is that Oilex was/is a Nevada Corp., makes sense to me. A hearing on this matter is scheduled for November 9th or so...this proves that it will be a long, drawn-out affair.

With three more swabbers in the field, Oilex should be able to do more than just break even. We'll have one more running in a week or two, according to Saul, I don't know when the rest will get going.

This post isn't good news, though...but it seems to say that low cost producers like Oilex will be able to survive this.
