Helios, your analysis of C-Cube has been superficial. Mine has been on the money up to this point.

With the buy the dip mentality still somewhat prevalent, I see a long protracted Bear Market with lower highs and lower lows. The Primary Trend is now Bearish for Equities and Bullish for Gold. A decisive break will eventually come, most likely at the end of the Bear Market.

Yes, I was down 20% on Homestake at one point yesterday. Now I'm down 1%. I can afford to wait patiently and buy the dip of a stock in a decisive uptrend. I'm 85% in Cash.

I've thought about the CUBE report all day, and I don't think it's bad. Sure, I wish the revenues were better. Look at CUBE compared with its competitors. CUBE reported increased earnings. Scientific Atlanta preannounced a huge shortfall, and its stock dropped more than 40% in one day. LSI Logic announced big layoffs. Chromatic is in limbo.

Look at the wins announced by CUBE.

And CUBE reported increased earnings. Pretty damn good in this environment.
