Mr Chile Bean good bad and ugly - in the aggregate we see all facets projected. Yet you must agree that some are blessed with skills to maintain a persona far better than others, and many make no attempt at all. The many either don't care or lack the desire and insight to seize the opportunity presented. In which case the projection reaches nearly a 1:1 mapping to the underlying mental structure. And in the end I must agree with the aptness of your response mode I say treat the characters with as much wit as possible and little respect. Here's to Scoville Units and chile peppers from TAM mild thru serrano, jalapeno, and the little Thai bullets all the way to the legendary Red Savina. And while some misguided purists would argue otherwise, the question of lean ground or chunks matters little to me. Either kidneys or pintos or both are needed to make a proper chile, which is simmered at length as it cooks and ages well when chilled as the flavors twist and interact. Regards Leo
