LT, I've been studying the Japanese ADR's and have narrowed in on Fuji Photo since I am a photographer and feel their products are superior to anyone else. The other ADR's seem to all be in electronics, autos and banks. I don't know enough about those sectors to invest. Do you have any further thoughts on particular companies? <H>

"eye of the hurricane" would suggest we are halfway through the storm. I seriously don't think we've come halfway down from the DOW 9300 high to where we're headed--I think we're more like in round 2 of a 10 round match that will ultimately KO this Whipsawin' Bull. Remember, IMO, this dyin' bull is named "Whipsaw" for good reason. Lot's of fortunes being lost on both sides, and fewer being made. German bonds did you say? R. Gates
