Jon- The old saw "if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with b.s." comes to mind when one reads all of ericy's pronouncements on wcdma. They continually put in little catchphrases to indicate that theirs is the latest and greatest and only true way to go and all other ways are inferior.(This coming from a company that had previously argued that cdma wouldn't work in the real world.) I am not an attorney, but this seems to me the way some would argue a case that was weak on its merits.
