I don't know of any index fund for nasdaq 100 but I think Fidelity has a 'Low Priced Stock Fund' or something like that.I do have some of those by the way.

Here are a few, POTCX (Potomac OTC), POTSX (Potomac OTC Short), USPIX (Profund Ultra OTC Short)and UOPIX (Profund Ultra OTC). Profund has others that track other markets and are movers.
