Frank, Agree with your summary. Chapin (the x-stockbroker) thought it easier to sell stock than get dirty. I actually believed the PRs.

They sold the JV on the basis of assays and there were several other areas they were exploring. Did the JV back out because the gold wasn't coming through on the level the samples assayed?

Yes, one of the selling factors of the stock was that it was a producing mine in WWII and wasn't depleted. You're saying they dug other areas than the ones that had gold?

You know with a public company, JC has responsibilities to stockholders. He can't capriciously do things.

I'm totally stunned, still. I never thought this could happen to this stock and I'm losing a great deal of money.

What about Lionel? What's his responsibility in all of this?
