What do you mean, she separated the Lewinsky matter from the Jones case? There was a separate suit filed for Lewinsky? What would Wright have to do with it? And what grounds have you to blandly state "the case will likely be reinstated"? Clinton clearly wants the case to go away, but that doesn't mean the appeal outcome is a forgone conclusion. I would take Dougjn's word on this before you, he actually seemed to have some legal knowledge. Not that that counts for anything around here.
