I think its a bit rash to say the "rally" is over. The last two trading days have seen substantial upswings and today we have a very minor downswing. No panic...no fear...seems like a normal hiatus or pause for breath. I'm not saying the market will tank or it will go up...I'm just saying you're a bit rash to say the market rally is over. I personally think we've seen the low for DELL at 40 and change, and that the DOW will not go below 7400. I could be wrong though.
