You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. Any of the posts where you made wild speculation of prices that you knew would never happened were designed to artificially drive the price of stock up so you could sell. That is a P and D and it is unlawful. #2 you used SI services to get the Email of Janice Shell, which in turn you used to send threatening,harrassing and sometime vulgar messages to. #3 your flip flop approach to support/anti-support of stocks is abusive to the normal dialogue on these threads. When the concensus is that your methods are offensive, you become in violation of terms of Use.
