Dixie: what do you think about the fact that all the officers' bonuses (listed in the notice to shareholders pamphlet) are linked almost exclusively to their results in raising money to keep the company afloat (private placements, debentures, etc) rather than selling product?

What is their incentive - finding new investors (suckers?) or actually trying to run the business profitably?

As I noted a few posts ago, their future business plan calls for over $30 million in 1998 revenues to keep the company going into 1999. HA! They didn't bring in much more than $1 million in the first half!
