Tim, are you aware of Lannet's product line? When you read up on it, and compare it to XYLN, this should tell you why LU likely isn't interested in XYLN.

There is also the no-so-minor issue of the XYLN/ALA relationship. This currently represents 20% of XYLN revenue. I wouldn't see this relationship continuing given LU is a fierce competitor of ALA. This relationship may be shot to hell anyway with the Packet Engines deal. We'll have to wait and see about that one.
