How can this reporter say the order was consistent with what was entered on the docket, when it wasn't in the file yet for him to read?

What exactly was entered on the docket sheet?

This post and questions are posted from a totally neutral point of view, so bear that in mind.

It just doesn't sound like this reporter has definitively determined anything yet.

you are funny guy. why will las vegas sun gaming reporter, lololol ,not go to aznt offices to do interveiw ? editor say no article without interveiw at aznt office. reporter say no, why? it seems reporter is gaming reporter. you know like casinos like icvi, mtei...who was bashing mtei? lololol . editor is very smart he knows aznt is serious about those who libel them. reporter can not do hatchet job it would not be good for you guys.
