OTOTOTOT

Currently long lots of November calls on XYLN. Unfairly beaten down recently on Alcatel (20% of XYLN revenue) poor results and statement at last quarter conf. call that OEM revenue would be flat sequentially but still targeting "double-digit" sequential growth. Also has great takeover potential. IMO, this is the biggest bargain on the street right now. Check out the thread here on SI.

John,.. Re: ***Off Topic***

Re: Can anyone on this thread contribute something on XYLN's fundamentals?

Try this site for fundamental data. A 0.2 PEG looks like it's either real cheap and staying that way or a buy.

As for a triple bottom, according to this chart, it looks like a double bottom and also bullish. Notice similar W bottoms in June on AAPL and Dell.

Good luck and thanks for your option posts.

received $3 instead, but I hope you'll agree that it's better not to be too greedy.

Yes, I watched it climb quickly after I sold at 2.5, but I agree it's best not to get too greedy. A 60% gain in one day is nothing to complain about. Dell could easily have turned around and I would be looking at a loss instead. I would have picked up more contracts if not for Apple and Intel reporting (rumoured better than expected?) this week.

Which way do you think it'll go during the remainder of the week?

I sold about 40% of my holdings (mostly calls) yesterday and am holding cash. I'm worried about the last 2 weeks of October, starting Monday. I'm wondering if there is more tax loss selling to come? I expect to be back in after the end of the month for the ride to Nov 12 earnings which are expected to be "Great".

Don't know XYLN but will look.

Thanks again.
