Saw the article and in general agree. But this should also hit the some of the software makers as well since fixing existing programs takes money from the budget for the upgrades / new programs you were going to buy.

That said, what you like. IBM has moved back above 130, but these guys selling the puts are getting smarter as the prices for puts keeps moving up.

Dell, IBM, mxim and mu are on my current list. Trying to re-establish in gtw and aapl but no luck yet.

MB, I just got some info in the mail from Gartner (attached to my Forbes last week), and Manny Fernandez was making the comment that IT budgets as a percentage of revenue would double by 2002. Sounds ridiculous to me, but would go against this other stuff Gartner is saying.
