I personally don't think there is a problem with fundamentals here at all. Among other things....gaining market share...new product out in November.

I do think there has been problems with companies in the ERP software sector, where there is a lot of competition. This has caused Visio to be mentally thrown into this group, where it doesn't belong. Add short-selling, fund dumping, and bad market into the equation and you get the current stock price...

Oh by the way I had dinner last night with one of my Visio friends.
