lisa: There is only one StartUp file with the complete file name I gave you.

That IS the folder Window uses to launch programs as it starts up, period!

So, if you have application programs auto launching when you turn on your computer and Windows starts up...it has to have either a shortcut file (to the executive file) or the executive file in that folder!

You did tell me that IE is auto launching when you turn on your computer...right?

When you reinstall Netscape, it will ask you to set it as the DEFAULT browser and you should be on your way.

PS - Is there a reason why I can see your profile background on Netscape and not on IE.
