There are some nebulous OKON charges (may be one time or recurring I'm not sure)in that but we don't know how much (at least I can't figure it out completely). Furthermore, the increased costs associated w/ OKON may be referring to the increased equipment depreciation (some 17K) which goes into the cost of sales (I think). Questions - yes - but the figure I am sure of is that OKON gross profits are significant and positive. Not so sure of net income. We shall see on the next acquisitions... Thanks for your input, Zeev.
