Rick --- the buy is just that,,, a buy. Not what I was hoping for. Still looking for a top of the line company with some name recognition and quality mgmt (PR would help too). The positives are few and minor. With the price of oil the past month and projected the next 6 months minimum nothing is happening in the entire sector (which may indicate they are happy to sell at this time). The negatives are minor other than dilutive and some charges. The charges would be more acceptable if purchasing something of consequence... basically another company if bought right at the right time may be good for a profit when sold.
