a) having a product that works
b) no audited financil reports

What questions do you have on PINC? I will try to figure them out, via the company if it fits into my DD. I am not looking at management issues, since I am currently satisfied. I also know about sales and product reviews. Anything else?

Josef,

It appears you have an interest in PINC, like myself, but in my humble opinion, I prefer to follow stocks that have a following ( an audience). Of the small cap companies I have followed some of the best performing stocks have been those that have promoted their company as well as their product either directly or indirectly. Remember Iomega? Talk to you when something interesting pops up. Ciao.
