it is a combo of both. Looks like he isn't going to cut. if he does, we go down.... if he doesn't we go down a little mre slowly... but either way....

Peter, PVN is so tempting at 63. I almost got in at 62 1/4 but gave up. That was after I shorted COF at 74 1/2. I seem to have seen a directional movement in tandem between the two. COF moved because of good numbers, PVN seemed to pick up as a beneficiary. The reason that pushed me on COF was I saw a shooting star. Those two have bounced back from their recent lows pretty hard, but may soon see the fall as the crash is bearing down.
