More Info In my question to the State of Nevada Company research I found that MTEI was in good standing as of 08/31/98. I asked them who filed those papers here is the answer: I am in receipt of your most recent e-mail regarding Mountain Energy, Inc. I have researched the 8-31-98 filing of the list of officers. The list was filed by Jack E. Uselton, who is also listed as the corporation's president. Because this filing was made by the due date as required by statute, it must be filed and the corporation shown in good standing. Because this company is a traded company, this may fall under Nevada securities statutes. I have forwarded this complaint to our Securities Division for further consideration.
