Norman: Forget annual meetings, secure patents, sell units, make money. Shenagans at annual meetings were part of the reason SEC filed suit against GRNO.

Norm- I totally agree with you. Spending money we don't have, or future earnings we haven't earned, on financial reports, is not a priority when the company's existence is hanging on a thread.

However , someone correct me if I am wrong, we are presently trading on the "pink sheets". This is a very primitive trading vehicle which as you have seen is highly manipulative. Returning to the" bulletin boards" would be wonderful. Now that the SEC has cleared GRNO of any wrong doing, the only obstacle remaining is a minimum share price of $1. I don't believe we need to be a fully reporting company.

As for the patent approval, this was an unexpected surprise. I am anxious to be able to read it and hopefully understand it on the IBM web site when it appears. This hopefully will eliminate my second biggest fear of someone stealing the technology that GRNO possesses. Now all we need is a sale before Bill runs out of loose change and I still might be able to retire in that double wide.

Good luck to all (especially Bill C.),
BOB K
