so now we have gone from a death spiral to a leaky floorless convertible. sounds like something you might be driving. i would suggest you go back and dream up some more numbers because the people that should know are expecting far more than 1% market penetration, and a lot more revenue from the goggles, sunglasses, automotive products, etc. do you know how much refr gets from each pair of goggles? or sunglasses? rfi will net about 100k dollars for each gallon of goop that they use for the sunglasses. check out the numbers, you will be simply amazed. and by the way, where do you get your basis the wholesale price, or the 5% royalties? keep slamming, we will correct you. by next week i guess you are going to tell us we better sell because the sun will not shine anymore.

I agree with your premise but not the conclusions you draw. REFR has cash for 2-3 years and products coming out shortly. REFR had the pick of the litter when it came to financing. Any one can tell you that you can measure the desperation by the terms and all the cards are held by REFR.
