lw-- well...i am glad i didnt go short then<G>. management is a big deal for me, and kodaks is very old line. i personally think fisher puts more imagination into what he has for dinner than he does into running the company. when you throw in the core problems (declining market share in a commodity business, for example) and expansionary extravagance....like oh, i dont know....a FPD facility (yeah, kodak is gonna beat the japanese and koreans in the display industry...right) and SW they have to give away for people to use, things dont look great. this wasnt the cramer from thestreet.com was it? good luck to all, trey
