OK, well Waterhouse and Datek both allow you access to your buying power immediately after a sell confirmation. Datek updates the account balance immediately. Waterhouse sends out a Reg T call, but forgives it as long as the trades are sequential.

FWIW, Waterhouse just changed to allow this late last year. Perhaps the rules were changed?
