(formerly known as Nevada Manhattan Mining Inc.) (OTC BB:NVMH - news) Tuesday announced that the record date for its upcoming annual stockholders' meeting, presently scheduled for Dec. 9, 1998, is Oct. 23, 1998. Only stockholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 23, 1998, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
