The conference call is this afternoon at 4:30pm. The EPS number is definitely doable (especially given that it was lowered earlier in the quarter).

I'm more bullish now that the "hot air" has been removed from the stock. The difference in value is obvious at $21 versus $48.

Any DocSolutions users out there that are going to buy Documentum's new application??

This stock looks attractive as DCTM's pipeline is large and management knows the game of managing expectations. I am looking for a good Q4 with modest upside to next year's (1999's) current EPS estimate of $1.27. At 31x a beatable '99 number, the stock looks moderately undervalued.
