All my BEARX is in IRA accounts with Quick and Reilly. For a flat $25 fee they can, at the closing price of the day (order has to go in by about mid-day), buy or sell any amount of BEARX --you can just giove a dollar amount. For a $25,000 transaction that would be only a tenth of one percent commission, and not bad on as little as $5,000, where it would be 0.5%.
