Since CPQ is now using AMD & NSM processors that most people don't want, and not just INTC top-of-the-line processors, it is probably unfair to expect CPQ stock to track INTC stock.

Maybe CPQ stock should be tracking AMD and NSM more closely than INTC now since CPQ seems committed to becoming a second-tier PC vendor.

You gotta love the market....an analyst whispers .10 above expectations and when the reports shows only .09, the stock tanks...We should become analysts and always whisper beyond expectations, then short!
