That's the only info I have so far, too, and it is insufficient to determine just what Consilium shares are worth at, say, today's AMAT price of 26 and change. Usually, due to arbitrage, one can buy into the acquiring company at a discount by purchasing the shares of the company to be acquired. That certainly appears to be the case here, but until the specific ratio is known, you don't know how to weigh your risk and benefit. In previous acquisitions, at some point well before the deal was consummated, this information was available somewhere - such as in an SEC filing, but I can't find it yet.
