Michelle, I have to think that the large ERP vendors are facing some saturation here. Don't you think that's what this whole middle market thing is about?? They have to find new opporrtunities. The front office market however appears to be wide open....thus the rush for everyone to try to get into it. The more I think about it, I wonder if PSFT isn't making a mistake by not acquiring one of these companies vs. this partnering thing they're doing. Melissa
