Microsoft never grew it's top line anything like Yahoo. Microsoft's sales were tied to PC
sales, though Microsoft enjoys an application (and to a small degree an OS) upgrade
kicker. Yahoo's sales aren't limited like that yet, because Yahoo is back-filling into the
installed base of nearly 200 million PC's, and plus machines that don't run Windows.

William,

You are starting to sound like a broken record. You are sold on every stock Morgan Stanley promotes. You are ignoring competition among other things and a possible changing environement for online advertising. Why not hand you account over to Morgan Stanley and let them trade it? That would save you some work. The trades would be identical.
