It is not ME they disagree with it is the FACTS. That is the big difference. What I posted in post #980 and subsequent posts are the FACTS not my opinion. Any one on this thread can copy that post and mail it to Bob Saxe or Joe Harary and ask their opinion. They will confirm the FACTS. They are obligated not to lie. So why don't you put this to rest and do so. Tell us all what the response is. I have already done so and been told that those are indeed the facts. Another fact is that Ailouros came to REFR as did some US funds. REFR CHOSE Ailouros because they agreed to REFR defining the terms. Please check with REFR that this is the case. Again they are bound by law not to mislead you on this matter. Until you do so I can only assume that getting at the facts is not your goal since what I have suggested would easily take care of any concerns or confusion you still may have. ND
