Emotional is when someone suggests (just last week) Dow 10K won't be seen for 20 years. I copied that brilliant comment in case you haven't seen it.

Tony,

Mike Burke is an ex-patriot from Prodigy where he had been an anti-tech
guru for years. His opinion is always the same, so sometimes he is right and
sometimes he is wrong, as the world is generally not a consistent place.
