DGIV is holding up well, consolidating after a couple of days of impressive buying, particularly in view of the fact that the dow/nasdaq were down today. The bid/ask actually finished up today as compared with yesterday, albeit on smaller-than -normal volume.
It is "healthier" for a stock to stabilize after strong upside moves than to go up without any "consolidation", IMO.

other IP telephony companies are also having some difficulties maintinaing their share price in this environment.
