Not an expert on CLEC's but borrowing is drying up via traditional routes- Nortel and Lucent are starting to provid loans now to purchase there equipment- Vendor financing- Is this a problem for AFCI-??

Paperchase, show me one company with a balanced AR. Don't try to paint something that's not really there. Their AR is fine. There will be no write down, IMO.

PC, ar days at 104 is not really that bad considering their international nature. plus, don't you think this sort of risk is already factored into the measly stock price? you must be short or you wouldn't be saying such petty things. we have always been in emerging markets - we aint sliding anywhere. this company has always sold into the small line size market. dsc always had the 2000-line market with the rbocs. get a grip! bottom line is eventually the infrastructure in these countries will develop and i think i know who has the head start in this regard. good luck with your short.
