Rick, Why don't you check with Joe Harary. He stated in the conference call that they are buying aggressively perhaps he's at liberty to give you the exact figures and then you can do your future calculations. Remember that every share they buy today and retire will make any shares issued to Ailouros just that less dilutive. They don't have to issue those shares until they choose and can demand a specific floor price whether or not it is ABOVE the current market price. ND
