My gut feeling is that this is the final shakeout. Will be short but very brutal. OSX almost certain to make a new low. Unfortunately just as stocks can go to absurd heights in a roaring bull, they can sink to ridiculous depths in a powerful bear.

SLB did hit a lower low which is disturbing, but half the stocks I follow have stayed above previous lows so far at the end of this downcycle. I haven't seen anything on FGII either, but it looks like it is bouncing off support and coming back up today (almost to where I bought it!).
