A number of these trusts have installment receipts coming due which may make some good buying opportunities if you hold for a year or so.

Hi Gord,
1. I agree with your position on realestate trusts (I own RFN.UN).
2. I warn you now that pipelines are as vulnerable as most resource trusts. Many pipelines are moving gas from fields with less than 5 years reserves left. Pipelines are very very risky trusts.
3. I like LUS.UN over the long term because their reserves are conservatively estimated at over 80 years. Only Athabaska Oil Sands Trust has reserves that are as long lived (~60 Years).
