Mike, You make some valid points. It would not make sense for Liberty and TCI to go through five (5) months of negotiations with ACTV just to sit on the product. They could have starved us to death instead. Go back and read my posts of 3-4 months ago, we are looking at 1st quarter next year before anything happens. If you think TCI will not roll this product out when they have a full digital line up, you haven't done your homework. To try and time this stock and make profit, that's a tough one because of the very secretive nature of the cable business. I will agree with you, up until this point we have not seen much value created for the common share holders, they could print more paper and sell us all out, this all remains to be seen. FMG
