A couple of other things we can discuss over here is: - how are the new digs actually being funded? Are there foreign/domestic private investors who have been granted restricted shares who are fronting the $$ or are there loans? - was there any carry-over debt from the old Purewater? - did JS ever say whether we were profitable at this point: black or red? - was it ever mentioned who the auditors for the financials are? This thread is great. Hopefully,we can get some meaningful discussions going and we can all learn about these things... Thanks again for any light you can shed on these areas... rm
