First of all, evicting someone can be difficult to do, especially if the occupant is not willing to cooperate. We'll have to bring in the cops to move their possessions out....which is essentially what we're doing with the impeachment process. The House will investigate, write the eviction notice (Articles of Impeachment), the courts (Senate) will hold a trial and he will be evicted and removed by the cops!
