Investing in story stocks hardly ever pans out, and when the market is weak no one cares about anything but getting out alive. There will always be another story. This company does convertibles, and while I have not examined the details of this conv, they are generally not designed to enhance shareholder value, thats for sure, as they are dilutive, the extent to which generally becomes worse as the stock tanks.
