Robert and others:

You are aware of course that increasing the number of shares continually sets the hurdle higher and higher for AOL. While stock splits have become all the rage in today's frenzied, lack of fundamentals based market, they do nothing in and of themselves.

Rather, they make it easier to hide option grants, dilution, and other negative effects for shareholders.

Perhaps I am missing something. Please explain to me why you should rejoice over further dilution of an already questionable earnings stream?

Regards,
JC
