I just had an interesting 5 minutes checking the major database vendors' sites for information on XML. The Oracle site gave 8 hits. The Informix site gave 0 hits (!!!!!) The Object Design site gave 23 hits. Sure, this is a rough measure. But I think management are doing a good job of positioning Object Design as a leader in the XML market. To reiterate some information I provided about a month ago, some pundits are forecasting that XML will be a bigger market than HTML 5 years from now.
