Actually, in claction suits they don't get paid unless they win since their fees come out of the winnings. And frankly, all they're doing is chasing pots of gold. From the little I know of ALA and its management in the US, and having being deposed a couple of time in the past in similar cases with previous employers, I don't think any of these suits are going to win. All it's going to do is waste a lot of ALA's money defending itself and we, the shareholders, will be paying for the defense here. THAT's what pisses me off!
