not to be critical; but, the rise from 10 cents to 70 cents just happens to coorespond with when announcements and conf. calls stated that EPS would be 10.85 cents. Therefore, I believe the argument that Arif was entitled to shares to be compensated for the stock price increase is circular. I could go on, but I think everyone gets the picture and is aware of what was publically stated by company officals.
